About Kelly

Kelly Krogmann has one mission - to make the American dream of homeownership possible for anyone she has the pleasure of meeting. She serves outside the Nation's Capital in Maryland & Northern Virginia as well as down the 81 corridor from Hagerstown MD to Montgomery County MD to Danville VA. With a background in customer service and a Bachelors in Marketing, she found a way to combine her passion for helping others and skills learned through education and a serious work ethic in real estate. Having previously worked on a team, she went solo in 2022 and quickly climbed her way to being a Top Producer and earning the Chairman's Excellence Award. She is a Certified Mentor in Maryland, guiding and teaching new agents what it takes to be a successful and compliant real estate agent.

Kelly uses successful and proven resources to help serve her buyers and sellers – both local and far. With amazing marketing power, continued quality service, and of course selling and finding the right homes for her clients!! She wants her clients to be taken care of no matter where their homeownership journey takes them, so she helps connect you with her amazing network all around the world to get you moved! She uses her extensive knowledge of real estate marketing, (photography, leveraging social media, utilizing video, open houses & blogging are just a few!), first-time home buying, military relocation, new construction, vacation/investment properties, and residential sales to help make Loudoun, Clarke, Frederick, Washington, and Warren Counties and their surrounding markets a better place for buyers and sellers. You will come to expect exceptional guidance combined with superb customer service and suggestions for where you can fit in some amazing places for dining, local events, fishing, and destinations to visit (hiking, shopping, and more!) in between your visits or for when you decide to call our area home! In addition to her love for real estate, Kelly's other interests include spending quality time with family and friends, exploring all the yummy food around our area, curling up with a good book, and caring for her fur babies.
