About Katelyn

Hi! My name is Katelyn Kelly-Pokrywa, I go by Kate. I'm a mom of 3 beautiful brats. When I'm not doing real estate, I'm an uber driver for my kids, from ballet and dance to hockey and soccer. I've lived in Ocean County, NJ for my whole life, and I have friends and family all over the state of NJ, so I travel everywhere. I know my community and my state. It's my home.

My specialty is first time homebuyers, I love the awe and excitement of it all.
Doesn't mean I don't love all my other buyers and sellers! I treat my clients like they're family, I'm REAL and TRUTHFUL to them all. I cry with them, I jump with excitement with them, and most importantly I FIGHT for them!

When I'm not with my clients or kids I'm with my fellow agents. I am the onboarding agent for new agents, whether new to the RE world or new to the company, I'm here to help them transition to our systems and learn all we have to offer.

I also do work as a Signing Agent for title companies and the like. I travel all over the state as a Notary Public to closings, or refi's, or whatever the case may be, I'm there to assist through the process.

I'm an open and honest realtor, and I put my whole heart and mind into everything I do. I'm always availible, and would love to help anyone who may need my assistance <3
