Hi! I'm DaRhonda Morgan, and I specialize in residential real estate sales. While guiding clients through the complexities of buying or selling a home, I provide sound and trustworthy advice to help them achieve their real estate goals while eliminating hassles, stress, and simplifying the process.

I am a Winston-Salem native with strong community ties and a passionate advocate for fair housing. I earned my bachelor's degree at North Carolina State University. My experiences there provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations, assisting buyers and sellers, and marketing client listings. I am also a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). These are advanced training programs designed to best serve clients with their real estate needs. I have over 20 years of training and teaching experience which I use to educate my clients on current market trends and the overall buying & selling experience.

I pride myself on staying connected with my clients after closing, and I am proud of the fact that 90% of my business is generated from referrals from previous satisfied clients.
