About Allison

I grew up on Cape Cod and have always had a love for the ocean, home design, and New England sports teams (I will gladly work with Yankees and Giants fans haha). My slogan -- "I'll Guide You!" -- was inspired by Cape lighthouses. I earned my degree in Communications/Technical writing and Real Estate became the natural choice for me in 1999. I truly enjoy helping people achieve their goals and many CT clients over the last 23 years have become friends as well as repeat clients.

I have been honored with many awards over the years, including Top Producer, Chairman's Club, President's Club, 100% Club, Leading Edge for Berkshire Hathaway and Five Star Agent. In addition, I belong to VABA (Veterans Advocacy & Benefits Association). I specialize in 1st-time buyers, re-location, luxury, single-family, multi-family, condo sales, and staging homes.

For each of my listings, I provide a professional photographer/drone, professional staging consult and a cleaning service because first impressions are everything in this business. My focus is Wallingford, North Haven, Southington, Cheshire, Hamden, Middletown, Meriden and surrounding towns, but travel all over CT.
